In the mid 1980s Sylvia was commissioned to re-create some of her 'Crochet
Originals' as far as possible using commercially available yarns and
to supply instructions so that other people could make them. The result
was 'The Crochet Sweater Book'
– now long since out of print on both sides of the Atlantic and
much in demand from book dealers. These are Sylvia's own photographs of
some of the items from that book
